TruTransit Terms of Service​

TruTransit is a website and an online marketplace that allows you to discover and book activities or programs and transportation to those end destinations.  Please read our service agreement carefully prior to using our marketplace and it's services as it governs your use of our platform.

The following terms of use (“Terms of Use”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you, and TruTransit d/b/a Alpine Phoenix Enterprises, LLC  (collectively, “TruTransit”, “we”, or other first person pronouns).  These Terms govern your use of our website, www.trutransit.com (“Site”), our mobile applications (each, an “Application”) and your use and participation in any related services provided through either (together with the Site and Application, the “Services”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Services.

TruTransit is a transportation service and is not a transportation carrier.  An expansive fleet of well-appointed vehicles, knowledgeable drivers are provided by Quality Transportation. Drivers go through extensive background checks, drug testing, held to the highest standards, and monitored to provide the best service.
